The Banks are beginning to move on resolving things...

Industry trade publication Inman News reported last week that more than two dozen loan servicers have agreed to adopt guidelines intended to speed up the process of working with troubled borrowers to prevent foreclosures. Under the HOPE NOW guidelines, loan servicers should inform homeowners within 45 days whether their application for a workout -- such as a repayment plan, loan modification or short sale -- has been accepted or denied. If you need help, it is out there.
Let's go buy some real estate!
