If you want to move your house: Here's the way..
10 showings in 45 days. If you get 10 showings and no offer, lower the price....
If you get no showings in 45 days, lower the price, you won't get it sold.
Trust me on this.............

Well, the Holidays are over and it's back to reality. I just got back from a Brokers meeting where we were told that "a flood" of new foreclosures is expected in the first quarter of this year.
This is good news for buyers, but not good news for sellers.
Ready, willing and able buyers will be able to secure great deals.
Sellers will see their house price decrease due to the number of homes on the market, and a buyer's upper hand.
Now is the time to buy, if you are in buying mode.
The median sales price in the Metro area decreased by 3% in 2009. The same is expected in 2010.
