Harry Smith with NBC news reported that there are so many jobs in North Dakota presently, that anyone who can drive a truck or drive a nail into a wall can make from $40K to $80K per year.
Not only that, there is no housing for the expected population shift. Builders and construction crews are working feverishly to keep up with the demand.
Ah, to be a realtor in North Dakota today, "Go west young men and women, go west!"
What a wonderful silver lining in today's economy.
